F*in aye In the novel, Stormrage, it is revealed that Malfurion has been captured in the Emerald Dream and is being tortured and used by the Nightmare Lord for the purpose of conquering both the Emerald Dream AND Azeroth. The Nightmare Lord is the ruler of the Emerald Nightmare, the terrible plague that covers the Emerald Dream, and later revealed to really be Malfurion's old enemy Xavius. With the help of Tyrande Whisperwind, Broll Bearmantle, the dragon aspects Ysera & Alexstrasza, King Varian Wrynn, and host of others, Malfurion is able to escape the clutches of the Nightmare and return to the physical plane of Azeroth for the first time since the Third War. With the help of his comrades he is able to stop the Nightmare Lord and put an end to the threat of the Emerald Nightmare. After the threat of the Nightmare was stifled, Malfurion and Tyrande Whisperwind took time to finally relish that they were together once again. Without wasting any time and with the blessings of Ysera & Alexstrasza, well wishes from the leaders of the Alliance and even Thrall of the Horde, the two were finally married in the capital city of the Night Elves, Darnassus.

Posts: 256 Joined: 10.09.09	my favorite were arthas, sylvanas and kael'thas the dialogue for the arthas fight is bad ass, but honestly, that fight pales in comparison to kael's TK one. that fight was bad ass and even illidan's imo arthas's fight should have lasted longer or had more phases, mean HE is the biggest baddest bad guy from War3. blizz is only giving us deathwing to satisfy our thirst for wow until new and more lore is made, and this expansion's raid bosses are solely book based characters, cho'gall deathwing sinestra (onyxia's sister from netherwing ledge and the dragons of twilight book) aszhara and the elemental lords. i was going through the battle of UC dialogue for horde version to see what sylvanas says with the forums going crazy on what is going to happen to her since arthas is dead, and when u fight varimathras he says i failed master. wonder if he is talking to kil'jaedan or sargeras. forgot if the dreadlords were kil'jaedan's lackeys in war of the ancients triliogy. also speaking of book lore the war of the ancients triliogy will be the new CoT raid........ WOOOT~! though i still think the siege of quel'thas would be kickass where u fight along side arthas as a death knight and fight sylvanas or something. Edited by Quenthel on 17-07-2010 21:47

The Culling of Strat woulda been cool if you actually fought alongside Arthas as he wasted the town folk. The way it is now, its totally lame... I also don't care that much about lore. Its more of a side attraction to the main game: drunken raiding and epic farming. For the one whose spirit is strong enough, even death is not the end.
