does heroic festergut/rotface kills on 25man count? we got BQ done to 3%, fuckin 3% and she has 71.1 million hp. stupid idiots don't know how to spread out during air phase 2.

Posts: 152 Joined: 12.11.05	Alright so I decided that I wanted to min/max my dps and was really rusty on my theorycrafting so I popped in on EJ and am getting some conflicting answers. I'm combat spec at the moment (using a mace & axe YES i know this is a horrible combo and YES I know I need to get sword or axe to replace my mace). Here is my armory profile: <a href="http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Terenas&cn=Ishmial">My Profile</a> My Profile I believe my talents are pretty much good to go, but where I'm at a loss is my gemming which is totally screwed as I have been slapping new gems in as I have gotten a ton of new gear in the past few weeks madly raiding away. I know I need to do some obvious changes like move my nightmare tear to my belt and the like but other than that is where EJ is throwing me off. Aldriana's spreadsheet says that with my gear I should gem mostly attack power while a Java app by Chack called IDPS is telling me to gem differently. So if all my intelligent rogue buddies could speak up and help me out I'd appreciate it. Edited by Risarian on 11-07-2010 08:56 PtoZ BFC

Posts: 177 Joined: 02.06.09	from what i understand (im not combat) most combat rogues gem straight armor pen at higher gear levels and then i do know that mutilate rouges gem attack power and haste to get extra socket bonuses of 4 agil or more Edited by devilpawn on 11-07-2010 17:24

Posts: 51 Joined: 07.06.06	Aldriana's spreadsheet is the only spreadsheet you should ever use. With your needle-encrusted scorpion you only need 722 passive arp, then just gem ap/haste. If you can get a deathbringer's will to replace the scorpion, you'd gem full arp. Edit:Also, replace your slice and dice glyph with either killing spree or tricks of the trade. You also want to be at or near the expertise cap, so gem for it unless you can pick up the 10 marrowgar cloak, ikfirus' sack, or shadowblade legs. Edited by WAHEED on 20-07-2010 18:17
