Help us to get to know you better as a player in the game. Please reply to all the questions to the best of your ability. 1.) Why do you want to join Eternal Keggers? To be honest, as Trin alluded to in Murph's thread, I love VaO (even though many might not ^^) but as most of you know, we don't raid anymore. I frankly can't commit the 16 hours a week to competitive raiding as I once did, but have a desire to see end-game content with a bunch of folks that routinely are online. Plus, I hear you have a Reidic in your guild. The guy knows everything about this game. Seriously... 2.) How did you hear about EK? I've seen the <Eternal Keggers> tag on Terenas since I transferred here years ago. I've run some pugs with a few of your members, and have always had positive things to say. 3.) Is there a current member in EK that is willing to vouch for you? If so, who? (If you do not know any current members in EK, please provide a list of previous guild(s) you have been in.) I think Reidic could vouch for me. Smellyhead (Trinith) could also vouch for me in terms of competency. Previous guilds for completeness: On Kargath, previous server: Millennion - Guild Master, raided with 40 members in vanilla, got decently far in BWL, and did some stuff in T4/T5. Transferred to Terenas. On Terenas: Via ad Odium - Officer, Warlock class leader (lol?) GM when Harmini/Jer quit. Formerly Another Guild - /cough. For max lulz. 4.) Why did you leave your previous guild(s)? Really haven't ever left VaO, and am only bringing my lock. My alts would stay in VaO. 5.) Do you play often? If so, please list the available days/times that you are normally in game. I play way too much. I do however, really like the raid times that EK has to offer. Being done by 7pm local time would make my girlfriend very happy, as she would hardly notice that I play! However, I do spend a decent amount of time online, you can typically find me in-game or on AIM/MSN/gTalk. 6.) Do you have a stable internet connection? Yeah, my Intarwebz have been stable for quite some time. 7.) What is your main character and class? Link the Armory page of your character that you are applying to EK with. Lukieslock, Level 80 Human Warlock http://www.wowarm...Lukieslock 8.) What is your main role (dps, healer, tank)? (Please note that changing your main role will cost dkp, see guild rules.) I'm a meter maid DPS. I usually am not satisfied if I'm not #1, or at least in the top 3 on every fight. Ask Murph/Reidic... Oh, and LOLOL to the warlock DPS buffs released today. /drool 9.) Have you ever completed any high-end raiding content in WoW (IE: Molten Core, Blackwing Lair, Ahn' Qiraj, Black Temple, Sunwell, etc)? If so, please list your notable achievements and with the guild(s) you did this with. Full clears (pre-BC) of MC/BWL/AQ40 (except C'Thun and Huhu), some lulzing around in Naxx (Millennion). Warlock tank for Leotheras the Blind, Illidan (and #1 DPS usually ^^), and Eredar Twins. Full clears of SWP, server first Felmyst and beyond SWP kills. Server first Sartharion kill. Full Naxx/Ulduar experience, server first Yogg-Saron kill. Full ToC experience as well (VaO). 10.)As a prospective member applying to EK, what can we expect from you? Why would you be an excellent addition to the guild? Please answer to the best of your ability. Well, on the nights that I attend, you can expect me to be prepared, from both a consumables sense as well as strategy. I spend time studying strategies and vids online to understand fights so I don't look like I'm casting Shadow Bolts with my thumb up my ass. Having been an officer in a guild such as VaO where we were fiercely competitive, I usually had to help come up with creative ways to achieve our goal, using what we had available. I consider myself pretty good DPS. My gear has a ways to go, and the game has changed a lot since the LOLSHADOWBOLTSPAM days when locks ruled the World...of Warcraft, but I think I can hold my own against pretty much anyone. Murph, Reidic and I tend to push each other to be DPS whores. I'm not sure if any of you ever saw them, but when VaO was active in new content, I used to FRAPS videos and edit them/produce them for fun. I wouldn't mind getting back into that if I had some content to record. I'm a team player, but have high expectations from my teammates. I know that EK isn't into hardcore competitive raiding, but that's okay. I just want a solid team to experience content with and to have some fun along the way. EK's raid times certainly jive with my schedule, but unfortunately the test run/recruit process for me hasn't been the smoothest/most enjoyable. I really haven't heard a great deal of communication on the matter and after some thought, I think it's clear that now might not be the best time.
